Well today Matt finally talked me into upgrading the blog!!!! He has been bugging me for months now and I finally gave in.  So……………..here it is introducing the new Stacy Landry Photography BLOG!!!! We hope you love it……Now Matt can have his CAKE and EAT it too!!!! And since a post with no pictures is just BORING here are some AWESOME pictures of CAKE………YES! Cake! Crystal Williams from Crystal Weddings made this KICK BUTT Grooms Cake for a Wedding last weekend. We just so happened to be visiting her while she was wrapping up some other cakes and we saw this amazing piece of ART!!!! She is truly an artist in every sense of the word……She made Emerson’s last birthday cake! You can check it out if you click on the category titled EMERSON at the top!!!! Wow, the weather started out yuckie today………..we were hoping that it would hold out for us  and Megan for her shoot!!! Well, actually the weather was GREAT!!!! It was overcast, which was AWESOME!!!!! Megan Rocked out her Maternity Session………….she was brave and willing to do anything! We took her to many different unique places around Lafayette and she really liked them all…….. Matt went to High School with Megan………so it was good for them to catch up!!!!!!!!! Hope you guys enjoy her M-Session as much as we do! Good Luck with the delivery of Ms. Evangeline, Evie!!!!! WOW!

Woo Hoo, Grant Landry is Graduating………..This is the end of a long journey, and the beginning of a great adventure….life!!!!!!!!!  Grant,Dylan,Miranda and Marley all looked fantastic in all of their prom glory. I hope you all had a good time.  Maybe now that Grant is graduating his parents can get a little sleep @ night,ha ha!!!

Ms. Erin is a Senior at Catholic High in New Iberia; and she is graduating shortly………… She is an athletically talented, beautiful and ambitious girl; with the WORLD at her finger tips.  It was a gorgeous day for a shoot and Erin participated with lots of energy; despite it being the day after Senior Prom!  The gusts of wind blew through her long ringlet curls in a modelesque sort of way!  Thank you very much to the local architect Mr. Paul Allain for the use of his uniquely designed industrial office; some of the photo-ops you will see following……..What a cool place!!!!! Erin GOOD LUCK with your future endeavors and thanks for choosing us for your Senior Portraits………….
