Well yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day for Mrs. Alisha’s Maternity Shoot in down town Lafayette!!! She brought along a little guy, Kannon, who is her 14 month old bundle of energy!!! Man he is all boy!! Alisha was a beautiful model and the camera loved her………she has such natural beauty and is definitely “glowing.”  Mom had lots of great ideas including bringing Kannon’s toys and some finger paint to paint Mommie’s Belly!!! How cute!!! Kannon had a blast and so did we!!!! Hope you enjoy the portraits………..Thanks so much Alisha and Kannon!!! You guys ROCK!

Well, ever since Stacy and I became blog stalkers when we started the photography business, Stacy fell in love with Millie Holloman  and Dawn Earles’ Style!  Both ladies possess a sense of style that captures the significant and insignificant moments in life as they happen.  Their post production skills ROCK and are Rock Solid!!! As many of you know Stacy and I had the opportunity to spend the day with Millie in North Carolina a few months back! WOW! What an experience! Thanks so much Millie…….with all this being said Millie and three other very talented women have created a workshop for women!!! And ever since we began blog stalking Millie; and learned about the Love Affair Workshop I have wanted to send Stacy to it……………..well, as a “Just Because” surprise she is going to this AWESOME week long Workshop with four outstanding women in the photography business which are: Lauren Clark, Davina Fear, Kelly Moore, and of course Millie Holloman!  So, all of the girls that get to attend this KILLER workshop have to fill out a “Get to Know You Quesionairre!!” and you have to submit one photo of yourself.  Stacy and I had a minishoot today and here are some of the images!! Rain, rain go away come back another day!!! Yeah it went away for our kid shoot today, the shoot was great, and JUDE was the first official BABY that did not cry during the shoot whoo hoo for mommie and for us.  This little man is sooooo happy and full of toothy grins, lock up your daughters he’s going to be a lady killer.  And check out the cool dude hair, mom says it does that naturally, so cute!!!  Matt and I think he looks like a gerber baby, those cheeks.  Hope you all enjoy his images as much as we enjoyed taking them.

Absolutely Adorable! The drool is so CUTE!!!!!!

Saturday was a big day, after the Boulet Family shoot we had a shoot for Jene Boulet’s Kids Boutique.  A group of beautiful little girls paraded themselves in downtown Lafayette to advertise the Bubbles-N-Swirls online boutique; we took some great shots and they acted as if they were born to be models.  The boutique sells handmade girls clothes size 6 months-6 years in a beautiful array of fabrics with very up to date styles.   You can choose your own fabric and design your own outfit, she specializes in custom made garments, you can even call it GIRLY COUTURE.   Jene’s unique style will keep you coming back for more!!
